REIDA is the database for property investments. Primarily seen by the business as a politically neutral, non-profit organisation entirely committed to the principle of transparency.
A reliable and broad base of data is a crucial tool for every appraiser. For this reason, SIV supports the foundation of REIDA.
From 2012 it will be possible for SIV members to obtain processed data at reduced rates.
